CUTTER CARE
Physical cutters are printed in food-grade PLA and are vulnerable to warping when exposed to heat. Keep your cookie cutters away from all forms of heat including washing in a dishwasher, soaking in very hot water, and cutting cookies right out of the oven.
Washing your cookie cutters in lukewarm soapy water, rinsing and air or towel drying is sufficient to effectively clean your cookie cutters.
PERMISSIONS & LIMITATIONS
ALL LISTINGS AND SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS MUST INCLUDE CREDIT TO THE PINK PIGGY FOR THE DESIGN. “Graphics and cutter file by The Pink Piggy” must accompany every post or listing.
Please note that resizing the cutter will not only alter the width and height, but also change the wall thickness, affecting print quality and durability of the cutter.
Please make sure that the cutter and the handle will all fit on your printer bed.
You may use the STL file to print cookie cutters at home on your 3D Printer for personal use and for the purpose of selling cookies made with the cutter.
STL files and the cutters printed from the STL files may not be shared, traded, exchanged, sold or otherwise distributed.
We do not offer technical support or slicing help for this file as settings may vary depending on your printer and filament used. STL files are the same as used for physical cookie cutter fulfillment. Files are provided to you as-is.
The Pink Piggy is not responsible for poor quality prints, print failures, damages to 3D Printers, maintenance costs associated with 3D printing, or other costs and expenses incurred while using this STL file.
REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
If a physical cookie cutter arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement..
For STL purchases, no refunds, credits or replacements will be provided due to the digital nature of the product. All STL file sales are final. Should there be a defect in the file, please email us at Hello@PinkPiggyStudio.com and we will gladly email you a new file.
PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGES THE FOLLOWING:
- PNG/JPG/SVG are for personal use only without a commercial license. They may not be sold, altered and resold, gifted or otherwise redistributed in digital form. If you wish to use our images on finished physical items to sell, please email us for a commercial license. Send inquiries to hello@pinkpiggystudio.com.
- STL files can be printed on 3D printers for bakers who wish to print their own cookie cutters or stamps, but the printed items MAY NOT be sold. You MAY use the file to make cutters and stamps and then sell the FINISHED baked goods.
- Cookie Stencil SVG files are for bakers who wish to cut their own stencils. You may NOT sell the completed stencils, but you may sell the finished baked goods these stencils are used on.
- Cookie Card PNG files are for bakers who desire special packaging for their baked goods. These cards can be printed and resold ONLY with a cookie attached. You may not print these cards and sell without the cookies.
