SUPPORT:
Unfortunately I cannot offer service support on how to slice and print your cutter. There are too many different machines, software and materials to do so. I have been designing and printing for a long time, prior to a lot of the new software that is designed for cookie cutters. I'm old school and still use Illustrator and Photoshop. I will always TRY to help, but cannot guarantee it. Please read the machine's instructions or check videos on YouTube. There are also great Facebook groups that can help you out. Please be familiar with your 3D printer and necessary software to learn how print cookie cutters. It’s a learning curve.
If you have TECHNICAL issues with a FILE we will try our best to help you solve the problem.
