Handle is 6mm, wall is 1.5mm and cutting edge is .75mm. The cutter is one inch tall, for use with thicker doughs, too.

The size listed is the height of the cookie, not the cutter. Cutters will be slightly larger due to handle.

To ensure cutter doesn't warp, please keep it out of the dishwasher and hot water.
